This sparkling wine, obtained from selected grapes harvested in particularly prestigious vintages, expresses a lively freshness and an intense aroma, rich in floral and fruity scents ranging from wisteria to white peach, with light hints of honey and citrus.
The natural refermentation in the autoclave preserves the fineness of the bubbles, giving the palate a pleasant sweetness balanced by an appealing sapidity and a light, harmonious structure.
