On the palate it is slim and easy to read, with an alcoholic warmth that is present but well balanced against its softness; the finish is dry and persistent, with citrus echoes and a light spicy note. It works well as an after-dinner digestif, paired with coffee or dry pastries, and also stands up well alongside aged cheeses. Serve slightly chilled to appreciate the cleanliness and freshness of the sip.

Distillation

Ageing
