On the palate it is soft and coherent: the initial roundness gives way to measured persistence, where the fruity impressions return together with a slight dry finish. It is a grappa suited to slow tasting, to be served at a moderate temperature to appreciate its cleanness and depth; it also pairs well with medium-aged cheeses or almond-based desserts, offering a pleasant finish without weighing you down.

Distillation

Ageing
