Grappa Cavallina Bianca Blend No. 4 of the Zanin distillery was born in Zugliano, a small village in the foothills in the province of Vicenza, from a historic company founded in 1895.
A young white grappa obtained from a careful selection of white and red grape marc; after distillation, the grappa is left to refine for a period of about 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
A distillate with a crystalline, transparent color, which offers pleasantly fruity aromas to the nose blended with very delicate and pleasant floral aromas. On the palate it is extremely soft and lively, with tasty references of fresh fruit and herbaceous notes, an excellent and persistent finish.
Perfect tasted straight after a good meal, consumed in combination with dark chocolate or used as a correction in coffee.
