Marolo offers a Barbaresco grappa that presents itself with personality but without ostentation: on the nose floral notes and hints of dried red fruit emerge, supported by a light spicy streak that enriches the profile. On the palate the distillation is evident in its cleanliness and precision, the warmth is well measured and the texture is soft without being heavy; the sip is direct and at the same time nuanced, with a dry, savory finish that invites a second taste and honestly recalls the origin of the pomace.

Serve in a tulip glass, slightly cool, to capture the aromas in balance; it is an excellent digestif but also lends itself to simple yet intense pairings like dark chocolate, dry biscuits or aged cheeses. For those who want to explore, it is also interesting paired with fruit-based desserts or in cocktails that play on contrast with coffee notes, always respecting its cleanliness and character.
