Marolo's Barbaresco Grappa presents a defined yet refined personality: it is made from the pomace of the Barbaresco area and delivers a clean, detailed aromatic texture. On the nose there are scents of ripe red fruit and light floral notes, accompanied by hints of sweet spice; the distillate is striking for the clarity of its sensations and for the balance between warmth and finesse.

On the palate the sip is round yet lively, with a structure that supports without weighing down, leaving a pleasant persistence and a sense of cleanliness that invites a second taste. This is a grappa with character, suitable both for concluding a meal and for meditative contemplation: it is best appreciated in small glasses, at room temperature or slightly cool, to capture its aromatic profiles. Paired with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses, it enhances notes of dried fruit and spices; also excellent as a gift for those seeking an elegant, recognizable spirit in a 70 cl bottle.
