This thirty-year-old Barolo grappa by Marolo presents an elegant, complete profile, the result of many years of maturation. On the nose it offers a rich yet measured bouquet: dried fruit, toasted hazelnut and dense honey alternate with sweet spices and light balsamic notes, never losing its finesse. The character is refined rather than rough, with aromas that evolve gently in the glass, revealing a deep, harmonious texture.

On the palate it is round and warm, with polished tannins and a velvety texture that balances the alcoholic warmth; the persistence is long and pleasant, leaving echoes of dried fruit and a savory, contemplative finish. Enjoy in small sips, preferably in a tasting glass at room temperature or slightly chilled; ideal as an after-dinner drink, alongside aged cheeses, dark chocolate, or simply as a spirit for quiet reflection. The crystal decanter adds a theatrical presence and makes the bottle suitable as a gift.
