Elegant and full of character, this Grappa di Barolo from Marolo expresses the depth one expects from Nebbiolo pomace: on the nose it is intense but never overpowering, with notes of ripe fruit, dried citrus peel and a hint of sweet spices that emerge from double-cask aging. The aromatic profile remains clear and clean, supported by a warm, enveloping texture; the spirit shows a lovely roundness without losing freshness, and the palate is coherent, direct and bright.

On the palate the grappa presents a full body and a soft texture, the warmth at the core is well controlled and the persistence is elegant, with slightly vanilla-tinged returns and a savory finish that invites another sip. Serve slightly chilled in tulip glasses to appreciate its complexity. It pairs with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, or as a post-meal digestif when you seek a spirit that combines depth and aromatic clarity.
