This Marolo set gathers four 20 cl mini bottles, each representative of a different aging period: 9, 12, 15 and 20 years. It is a Barolo grappa that highlights how aging shapes the character: the aromatic profile moves from fresh fruity and floral notes to a riper range of dried fruit, honey and sweet spices, with light vanilla and toasted hints. On the palate the progression is pronounced but balanced; the younger expressions retain liveliness and structure, while the older ones offer softness, warmth and persistence without losing clarity.

The "For Four" format is designed for comparative tasting or as an elegant gift: it lends itself well to a tasting sequence that contrasts structure and depth. Serve in small glasses, at a temperature that is not overly warm, and pair with dark chocolate, dry pastries or aged cheeses to appreciate its echoes of dried fruit and spicy nuances.
