Born from the extraction of the Barolo Cannubi pomace by Marolo, this grappa offers an intense yet elegant profile. On the nose there are warm, clear notes with hints of dried fruit and a subtle spiciness that does not overpower; on the palate it is full-bodied, rich and smooth, with good roundness that tempers the alcoholic heat. The structure is solid but never heavy, supported by a clean finish that invites a second tasting. The persistence is long and fragrant, with memories of hazelnut and almond that complete the picture.

The wooden box packaging makes it a refined item, suitable both for the table after structured meals and as a gift for those who appreciate Italian distillates. Serve at room temperature or slightly warm in small glasses to enhance the aromatic depth; it pairs well with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, or can be enjoyed on its own as a post-meal meditation. A down-to-earth character, full of personality, without frills.
