On the palate it is round and well-supported, with soft tannins and a flavor texture that develops toward a pleasant persistence; fruity echoes and a slightly herbaceous finish complete the picture. Serve slightly cool — it is well suited as a contemplative after-dinner drink, or alongside cocoa-based desserts or hard cheeses for interesting contrasts. 70 cl bottle suitable for sharing.
