Folonari’s Grappa di Brunello Riserva presents itself with a substantial yet refined texture, clear with slight golden reflections that herald an intense aromatic profile. On the nose there are sensations of well-ripened dried fruit, a hint of jam and delicate spicy notes; the bouquet remains clean and well-defined, without aggressive excesses. The palate is warm and enveloping, with good roundness and a body that supports a pleasant persistence: the alcohol warmth is well integrated, leaving room for elegant aromatic echoes and a sense of overall balance.

It is a grappa that invites slowness: ideal as a digestif to accompany dark chocolate or aged cheeses, but also capable of closing an important meal with style. Served slightly cool it reveals even more definition in the fruit tones and spices, while at room temperature it shows its depth. Suitable for those seeking a spirit with character, without foregoing cleanliness and finesse on the palate.
