This Moscato grappa aged five years in the Jeroboam format shows an open and refined character. The color takes on a delicate amber hue that announces the aging without altering the aromatic base. On the nose, white flowers, citrus peel and a faint hint of ripe fruit follow one another, with a honeyed underpinning and spicy notes that lend it complexity; the whole remains fresh and fragrant, well balanced between delicacy and depth.

On the palate the sip is soft and enveloping: the structure expresses roundness and controlled warmth, with a cleanliness that allows you to appreciate the aromatic progression toward a long, sapid finish. The alcohol presence is well calibrated, supported by an almost silky sensation that invites a second tasting. Recommended as an after-dinner drink, it pairs gracefully with dry pastries, fruit tarts and aged cheeses; serve slightly chilled in wide glasses to enhance aromatic persistence. It leaves a sapid, long-lasting aftertaste, ideal for a contemplative tasting.
