This Marolo Moscato Grappa Vendemmia 2005 carries the aromatic imprint of the grape from which it originates: the nose is refined and intense, with floral hints and a slight sweetness reminiscent of honey and ripe fruit without becoming cloying. At first approach you appreciate the cleanliness of the olfactory profile and the well-measured warmth, a sign of a distillation that favors balance and clarity. The Moscato character remains the protagonist, never intrusive, giving the spirit a measured and recognizable personality. The palate is soft and enveloping, with a structure that does not forgo freshness and persistence: the roundness balances the aromatic character well and leaves a dry finish where the initial notes resurface.

It is well suited to be enjoyed at the end of a meal, paired with dry pastries or aged cheeses, but it also stands up to a contemplative tasting in a small tulip glass at a slightly cool temperature. A grappa to be savored slowly, to appreciate its nuances.
