Grappa Frattina was born in 1989, it is a distillate produced with 100% Chardonnay grape pomace, recognized as an only Italian product by the laws of the European Union, Italian by law and by tradition.

An extremely elegant and decisive grappa, very balanced, with a perfect cleanness that enhances the frankness of the aromas of the Chardonnay vine. It reveals a delicate balsamic note, with light aromas of green apple and pear, and a pleasant fruity aftertaste.

Excellent after a meal and grappa for meditation.
