Grappa Gewürztraminer 50cl - Roner is a distillate that encapsulates the aromatic essence of the homonymous grape variety cultivated in the alpine lands of Trentino-Alto Adige. Obtained exclusively from the pomace of Gewürztraminer, this grappa stands out for its olfactory elegance, with intense and persistent notes of roses, spices, and exotic fruit. The distillation process is carried out with artisanal care, respecting the purity and characteristics of the grape variety, imparting to the product a refined balance between aromaticity and smoothness.

In the glass, it presents a crystalline color, while on the palate it reveals itself to be harmonious, warm, and enveloping, with an aromatic finish that evokes spicy and slightly sweet notes, typical of Gewürztraminer. Distillation

Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.
