Giori's Hay Grappa is a tribute to the authentic scents of the high mountains. It is made through the infusion of natural and pristine hay from Monte Elmo, in the heart of the Puster Valley, an area renowned for the purity of the air and the richness of alpine biodiversity.
The hay is left to infuse in the grappa, gradually releasing its aromatic notes typical of alpine pastures. The result is a unique distillate that combines tradition and authenticity.
