The Alpine Grappa with Mixed Herbs by Giori is a spirit that captures the full aromatic richness of the Trentino mountains. Inside the bottle, you will find selected herbs, berries, and roots, immersed in a fine grappa made from pure pomace, resulting in an authentic and intensely characteristic product.
The typical herbs and roots of the region are manually placed into the bottle already filled with grappa and left to infuse for months, achieving a perfect balance between balsamic scents and the smoothness of the spirit. The prolonged resting gives the infusion a enveloping aroma and a well-harmonized taste.
Perfect at the end of a meal, this grappa pairs excellently with sweets and desserts, strawberries, and truffle crostini.
