Questa grappa nasce dalla vinaccia di Pigato, un vitigno autoctono della Liguria, particolarmente apprezzato per le sue caratteristiche aromatiche e la qualità dei suoi acini.
Alla vista, si presenta cristallina e limpida, di una trasparenza brillante.
