With an alcohol content of 44%, the Porto Cask Reserve Grappa appears in the glass with a seductive amber color, a result of its rest in special barrels. On the nose, it offers a complex and enveloping bouquet, with pronounced notes of dried fruit, sweet spices like vanilla, and touches of chocolate, enriched by a light hint of oak.
On the palate, the liquid is velvety and harmonious. Flavors of ripe fruit blend with impressions of cocoa and spices, leading to a long and persistent finish that leaves traces of almond and coffee. The structure is well balanced between alcohol and aroma, making each sip rich and pleasantly intense.
This grappa is ideal to enjoy after a meal as a digestive, or as a refined accompaniment to dark chocolate or aged cheeses. It is also an excellent ingredient for cocktails that require a high-quality spirit with considerable aromatic depth.
Each 50cl bottle is a tribute to Italian distilling tradition and represents an excellent choice for those wishing to explore high-quality grappas with an innovative touch imparted by Porto casks.
