Grappa Sibona Barolo Riserva 8Y is born in the heart of Piedmont, precisely in the historic area of Barolo, famous for its prestigious wines. Distilled with mastery from selected fine pomace derived from Nebbiolo grapes, this grappa encapsulates the essence of the territory and local winemaking tradition. The long aging of eight years in oak barrels gives this riserva an extraordinary olfactory complexity, characterized by intense notes of wood, sweet spices, and a delicate hint of dried fruit. On the palate, it is elegant, softly warm, and rich in structure, with a persistent and velvety finish. Ideal as a meditation digestif, it pairs perfectly with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, or dry pastries, enhancing every moment of refined pleasure. A spirit of great character that celebrates the Piedmontese tradition with elegance and depth.
