Obtained from selected Barbera pomace, a symbolic grape variety of the Langhe region, this grappa stands out for its aging in a wooden case, which enhances its complexity and smoothness. The long aging imparts a rich and enveloping bouquet, where notes of dried fruit, sweet spices, and subtle hints of vanilla emerge, perfectly balanced by a warm and persistent finish.

Bright amber color and elegant structure, ideal to accompany moments of meditation or to gracefully conclude a dinner based on typical Piedmontese dishes such as roasts or aged cheeses.
