The Sibona Riserva Speciale Moscato Grappa is an elegant spirit that embodies the rich Piedmontese tradition of distillation. Made from selected Moscato grape pomace, an aromatic variety symbolic of the region, this grappa stands out for its aging in wooden barrels, which enriches its aromatic profile and enhances its smoothness. The long maturation develops an intense and refined bouquet, with floral and fruity notes typical of Moscato, accompanied by delicate hints of honey, candied fruit, and subtle nuances of vanilla and sweet spices.
With a bright amber color, it has a harmonious and enveloping structure. On the palate, it is smooth, elegant, and persistent, with a warm finish that recalls the aromatic sensations perceived on the nose.
Ideal to enjoy as a contemplative spirit or after a meal, it pairs perfectly with desserts, dry pastries, almond-based sweets, and dark chocolate, as well as blue or aged cheeses, offering a balanced contrast between sweetness and intensity. The Sibona Riserva Speciale Moscato represents a refined and harmonious spirit, capable of highlighting the aromatic characteristics of Moscato to the fullest.
