Pairing Appetizers, fish, white meats
Bright straw-yellow in color, this Grechetto offers a direct, genuine nose: white-fleshed fruit, a light citrus note and herbal hints that lengthen its freshness. The palate is soft but well supported by acidity, with medium body and a pleasant sapidity that balances the fruity component; tannins are not prominent, the structure instead focuses on cleanliness and the persistence of mineral echoes and bitter almond on the finish. It’s a wine that maintains balance and linearity, suited to those who seek precision without excess.

It pairs naturally with uncomplicated seafood dishes, oven-baked fish, shellfish and vegetable-based preparations, but also stands up well to white meats and soft cheeses. Serve at around 10-12 °C to appreciate its freshness and aromatic clarity; it opens pleasantly if opened a little earlier, allowing mineral details and delicate notes to emerge. A versatile choice for everyday dining and regional pairings.
