Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses, flavorful dishes
In the glass it shows a bright ruby red, luminous and of good body. On the nose it opens with ripe red fruits and cherry, then a fresh spicy note emerges and a hint of herbaceousness that does not weigh it down; the profile remains straightforward and inviting. The palate is medium-bodied, well balanced between lively acidity and present but polished tannins, which give structure without roughness. The overall balance is immediate and the wine is smooth and easy to drink, with a pleasant persistence that leaves fruity echoes and a subtle spiciness on the finish.

It naturally lends itself to accompanying traditional dishes: roasts, rustic ragùs, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses find a good contrast in its freshness and the savoriness of the finish. Serve at a moderate temperature to enhance the primary notes and drinkability; it proves versatile both as an everyday convivial wine and for more contemplative moments. A Montefalco DOC that focuses on clarity of flavor and balance, without excess.
