In the glass it appears bright, straw-colored with slight greenish reflections; the aromatic profile is clean and appealing: white-fleshed fruits such as pear and peach sit alongside white flowers and light herbal notes, while a faint bitter almond and a subtle minerality define its character. On the palate it shows a balance between good body and lively freshness, the texture is soft without being opulent and the saline tension keeps the wine vibrant through to the finish.

The persistence is satisfying, with fruity echoes and a slightly bitter touch that invites the next bite; it proves versatile at the table, ideal for seafood crudités, light pasta with shellfish, fish risottos, but also for delicate white meats and fresh cheeses. Perfect for the aperitif or for an everyday meal that calls for elegance without fuss. Recommended to serve at around 10–12 °C to appreciate its freshness and savory, saline character.
