The Greco di Tufo DOCG Novaserra from Mastroberardino offers a balanced, recognizable profile. With a bright straw color, it shows fine and restrained aromas on the nose; one can detect notes of ripe citrus, white flowers and a slight mineral hint reminiscent of stone. On the palate it is sapid with good acidity, able to support the sip without overwhelming freshness. The progression is clean, with citrus returns and a moderately persistent finish. The overall register remains elegant and measured, suitable for those seeking a white wine with character but not overly assertive.

It pairs with mildly seasoned fish dishes, shellfish, first courses based on delicate vegetables and fresh cheeses; it also works as an aperitif for those preferring lively but balanced profiles. Serve chilled, around 10–12 °C, in tulip-shaped glasses to better appreciate the aromas. For short-term storage keep in a cool, stable place; preferably consume within the first years to enjoy its primary freshness.
