Sicilia Grillo DOC - Cantina Colosi is a white wine that embodies the essence of the Sicilian terroir, highlighting the Grillo grape variety, native and particularly appreciated for its freshness and structure. Coming from vineyards cultivated in the sunny lands of Etna, this wine reflects the uniqueness of the volcanic soil, which imparts distinctive minerality and aromaticity.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, while on the nose it offers an elegant bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruits, and hints of Mediterranean herbs. The sip is fresh, full, and savory, with a perfect balance between acidity and softness, accompanied by notes of fresh fruit and a pleasant final persistence.

Ideal to accompany seafood appetizers, fish dishes, or traditional Sicilian cuisine, this Grillo DOC from Cantina Colosi is an authentic and refined expression of Sicilian winemaking.
