The Vinnae Ribolla Gialla by Jermann is a white wine of great expressiveness and finesse, hailing from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, an area renowned for the production of high-quality white wines. Under the leadership of Silvio Jermann, the Jermann winery has developed a global reputation for its innovative and characterful wines.

This particular wine is primarily made from Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native vine of the region, which is appreciated for its ability to produce aromatic and structured wines. Jermann's Ribolla Gialla stands out for a modern approach to winemaking, combining traditional methods with cutting-edge technologies to best enhance the varietal characteristics of the grapes.

In the glass, Vinnae has a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it opens with vibrant aromas of white-fleshed fruit, like pear and apple, enriched by nuances of white flowers and a slight mineral touch that adds complexity to the olfactory bouquet. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with lively acidity providing freshness and a persistent finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of palate cleanliness.

Served chilled, between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius, Vinnae Ribolla Gialla is perfect as an aperitif or paired with light starters, fish dishes, or white meats. It is a wine that can be appreciated immediately, but also has the potential for further aging in the bottle, gaining complexity and nuances over time.

With a 375 ml bottle, Vinnae offers the opportunity to enjoy the quality and elegance of a fine Friulian white wine in a smaller format, ideal for special occasions or an intimate evening.
