Produced by Tramin in the Kalterersee area, this red wine certified Alto Adige DOC offers a measured, terroir-focused profile. Of moderate ruby color, it opens on the nose with hints of ripe red fruit, touches of undergrowth and light spicy notes; the bouquet remains direct and not over-extracted, inviting a sober and enjoyable drinking approach. The balance between structure and freshness suggests a wine intended to accompany without overwhelming.

On the palate it shows soft tannins and a saline thread that supports the fruit, with aromatic returns recalling cherry and plum and a pleasantly earthy finish. It is suitable for serving around 16–18 °C and pairs with regional dishes: cured meats, white meats, rustic soups and semi-aged cheeses. For those seeking a restrained red with character, it represents a reliable, territorial option to enjoy at the table or in informal occasions.
