The Kari Di Petra Vermentino di Gallura Superiore Vendemmia Tardiva DOCG, produced with extreme rigor by the Sa Raja winery, stands at the pinnacle of Vermentino exemplars thanks to its late harvest methodology. This approach allows the grapes to ripen on the vine well beyond the traditional period, concentrating sugars and aromas that translate into a wine of extraordinary intensity and richness.

Visually, it presents a deep golden yellow color, hinting at its olfactory and gustatory qualities. On the nose, it offers a complex and enveloping bouquet, where notes of ripe fruit like peaches and apricots are distinguished, enriched by hints of honey and white flowers. On the palate, the wine expresses a perfect harmony between sweetness and freshness, supported by a solid acidic structure that promises excellent longevity. The finish is persistent and leaves a pleasant sensation of bitter almond.

Perfect as a meditation wine, it pairs beautifully with blue cheeses or foie gras, as well as not overly sweet desserts. A bottle that enriches every collector's cellar and promises to evolve magnificently over time.
