Nossing's Kerner Alto Adige DOC expresses the aromatic character and lightness typical of the grape grown in Alto Adige. It shows a pale straw colour and aromas that are intense yet restrained: white flowers, notes of apple and white-fleshed pear, citrus hints and a subtle herbal touch. On the palate it offers freshness and good acidity, medium body and a mineral thread that supports the sip, making it immediate and pleasant without excess. The finish is defined by its freshness and leaves a pleasant saline trace.

A versatile wine, it pairs well with mildly seasoned fish, shellfish, composed salads and fresh cheeses; it also works as an aperitif for those seeking an aromatic but balanced white. Serve chilled, avoiding temperatures that are too low which could mute the aromas. Ideal for lovers of fragrant, clean white wines, best enjoyed in the short term to appreciate its liveliness. Nossing here presents an example of Kerner with a linear, accessible profile.
