The Muller Thurgau Sass Rigais Alto Adige DOC from Nossing presents as a young, easy-drinking white wine, an expression of the grape named in the title and the Alto Adige DOC designation. Pale straw in colour, it offers a restrained, fresh bouquet: notes of white flowers, apple, pear and a light citrus touch that defines its freshness. The aromatic profile is linear and clean, without excessive scents, indicative of a modest style focused on drinkability.

On the palate it shows a light body and lively freshness, with a balance between the fruity component and acidity that supports an airy drinking experience. The persistence is modest, suitable for informal consumption and everyday pairings. It pairs well with seafood antipasti, steamed fish, summer salads and fresh cheeses; it is advisable to serve it chilled to preserve its liveliness. Ideal for those seeking an immediate, uncomplicated white.
