La Licorne Bas Armagnac VSOP presents a warm, composed profile, where ripe dried fruit is joined by delicate notes of plum and fig. On the nose, nuances of vanilla, sweet tobacco and a slight toasting of the wood emerge, giving depth without weighing it down. The sip is enveloping but not heavy: the structure is smooth, with a pleasant saline thread that supports the alcoholic warmth and provides easy drinkability. The VSOP classification suggests a balanced complexity, ideal both for mindful tasting and convivial moments.

On the palate, fruity echoes appear alongside sweet spices and an almond-like note that leads to a persistent, clean finish. It is best enjoyed at room temperature in a glass that enhances the aromas, to appreciate the tactile and olfactory evolution of the distillate; it pairs naturally with dark chocolate, dry pastries and aged cheeses, or can elegantly close a dinner as a contemplative digestif. Packaged in a 70 cl bottle, it expresses a sincere and measured character.
