The Lagrein Rosé Alto Adige DOC from Tramin shows a delicate, luminous pink that recalls its alpine origins. On the nose there are scents of small red berries, fresh cherry and discreet floral hints, accompanied by a light touch of alpine herbs. On the palate it offers immediate drinkability with balanced acidity, a slim body and a salinity that supports the finish; the tannins are present but soft, contributing to a measured and pleasant structure. The aromas are clean and fairly persistent, with a balance of fruit and freshness that makes it approachable.

Ideal as an aperitif wine or paired with antipasti, lightly seasoned fish dishes, salads and light vegetable preparations. It also pairs with delicate white meats and fresh cheeses, and is suitable for picnics or informal dinners. Prefer not-too-large glasses to highlight its lively notes; serve chilled, around 8–12 °C. Store in a cool place and drink preferably young to appreciate the freshness and fruity character from the Tramin winery.
