The Lambrusco di Salamino di Santacroce DOC produced by Cantina di Soliera represents one of the most authentic and representative examples of this wine variety, closely tied to the traditions and terroir of Emilia-Romagna. This sparkling wine is characterized by its intense and bright red color, with violet hints that suggest its youth and freshness.

On the nose, it is distinguished by intense aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and cherry, enriched with floral notes and a subtle hint of violet. The sip is full and exuberant, with effervescence that stimulates the palate making the wine extremely drinkable and enjoyable. Its acidity is well balanced by the natural sweetness of the fruits, while the tannins are soft and well integrated, providing structure to the wine without overpowering its freshness.

In the mouth, the Lambrusco di Salamino di Santacroce DOC presents a beautiful freshness and aromatic persistence that returns to fruity and slightly spicy notes, typical of the grape variety used. This wine pairs beautifully with dishes from the Emilian cuisine, especially with typical salumi and cheeses of the region, as well as with fresh pasta dishes and stewed meats.

Cantina di Soliera, in the heart of Emilia, is known for its dedication to preserving the traditional winemaking techniques of the area, ensuring that every bottle reflects the true spirit and flavor of the territory. This Lambrusco di Salamino di Santacroce is a tribute to the land from which it comes, ideal for those seeking a wine that combines tradition and authentic pleasure.
