Vitis vinifera silvestris is an ancient ancestor of the authentic Emilian Sorbara, a unique and inimitable Lambrusco. A particular variety, the only one with female flowers that need to be pollinated; a guaranteed production thanks to a technique acquired from the experience of decades of historical harvests.
Of a beautiful intense pink color with fine perlage and rich and persistent foam, Lambrusco Testacalda has an olfactory profile rich in fruity scents of raspberries, strawberries and red fruits. On the palate it offers a dry and savory sip from the very first sip.
It is recommended to combine it with cold cuts appetizers, excellent with ramen and noodles, and also perfect with light pasta dishes and fish and chips.
