This Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC from Paltrinieri's Radice - Corona line is a rosé that emphasizes freshness and lightness, noted as sur lie on the label. It shows a pale pink hue and fine bubbles; on the nose there are hints of small red fruits, fresh florals and a slight saline note. The palate is lively, driven by pronounced acidity and a sapid thread that leads to a clean, easy-drinking finish. The sur lie presence gives a gentle roundness without weighing the wine down.

It is suited to early consumption, ideal as an aperitif or paired with seasonal dishes of not overly elaborate fish, summer salads and light preparations of Italian cuisine. Serving it cool is recommended to highlight drinkability and the sparkling drive. Please refer to the producer for bottling details. Technical information such as vintage or further vinicultural specifics are not stated in the title; for producer details, consult the label and the producer's documentation.
