The Lambrusco Reggiano DOP Amabile "Pra di Bosso" from Casali Viticultori is an excellent choice for those seeking a sparkling wine that combines lightness and structure. Produced in the historic Emilia region, where viticulture is deeply intertwined with local tradition and culture, this wine is the result of skilled cultivation of the Lambrusco grape variety.

With a ruby red color and violet highlights, the "Pra di Bosso" offers an intense and complex bouquet on the nose. Notes of ripe red fruits, such as blackberry and cherry, emerge, accompanied by floral nuances and a slight spicy touch. The sweet element is balanced by a lively acidity that adds freshness and drinkability, making it particularly well-suited to accompany a wide variety of dishes, from charcuterie to more elaborate red meat preparations.

The bubbles are fine and elegant, thanks to a natural fermentation that preserves its original character and contributes to a pleasant mouthfeel. This Lambrusco stands out for its gently sweet character, which is not overly intrusive, making it accessible even to those new to sweet sparkling wines.

The Casali Viticultori winery is committed to maintaining a strong connection with the land, adopting sustainable viticulture practices that respect the environment and enhance the unique qualities of the Reggio Emilia area. The love for the land and passion for wine are reflected in every glass of this exemplary Lambrusco Reggiano DOP Amabile "Pra di Bosso."
