Lancellotta Secco Emilia IGT Frizzante by Riunite presents itself as a dry, lightly sparkling red wine from the Emilia IGT designation. In magnum format it shows a ruby colour with a fine, persistent perlage; on the nose it opens with aromas of fresh red fruit, recalling cherry and small berries, alongside delicate floral notes. The aromatic profile remains simple and direct, intended for immediate drinking.

On the palate it displays a lean structure, with freshness supported by lively acidity, soft tannins and a discreet persistence that makes it easy-drinking and suitable for social occasions. It pairs well with cured meats, rustic starters and tomato-based pasta, and is also suitable for informal aperitifs. The magnum bottle is ideal for sharing and celebrations; it is recommended to serve slightly chilled, around 12–14 °C, in a fairly broad but not oversized glass, and to drink it young to enjoy its freshness.
