Pairing Great as aperitif and with dry pastries
The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC Secco from Ambasciatori presents itself as a dry red wine with a bright, approachable character. On the nose there are aromas of small red fruits, cherry and light floral notes, supported by subtle spice hints. On the palate it is lean and balanced: freshness supports the body, tannins are measured and the wine drinks easily; the finish is clean and invites a second sip without claiming great complexity.

It suits informal pairings: traditional cured meats, pasta with meat sauces, meatballs and semi‑mature cheeses. It also works as an aperitif wine for those who prefer dry reds and fits well in convivial, everyday settings. To best appreciate its qualities, serve slightly chilled; it does not require long ageing and can be enjoyed young. The bottle signed by Ambasciatori offers a sober, recognisable profile, ideal for those seeking a dry, ready-to-drink red to put on the table or share in small gatherings.
