The Trebbiano Emilia Frizzante IGT Secco from Ambasciatori presents an immediate, straightforward profile typical of the IGT designation for the Emilia area. It shows a luminous straw-yellow colour with a fine perlage that enlivens its visual appeal. On the nose it offers delicate, linear scents: white flowers, green apple, a citrus note of citron and light herbal nuances, without intense aromatic development. Overall the aromatic picture remains moderate, clean and direct, consistent with the dry style stated on the label.

On the palate it confirms a slim, easy-drinking structure, with acidity that is present but balanced and a sapidity that supports the sip through to a fresh, dry finish. The wine is intended for relatively early consumption; it suits aperitifs and light dishes such as seafood starters, salads, delicate fish preparations and fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled, around 8-10 °C, to highlight its liveliness and flavor clarity.
