The Lambrusco Emilia IGT Amabile in magnum format from Ambasciatori offers a gentle, approachable expression. In the glass it shows a ruby red colour with purplish highlights; on the nose it opens with red berries, wild strawberry and a discreet floral hint. The amabile sweetness is well balanced by freshness, with soft tannins that make it pleasant on the palate and easy to drink. The sip remains balanced with a slim, agreeable finish. The magnum format emphasizes the wine's convivial character, making it suitable for shared meals.

It pairs naturally with appetizers of the Emilia tradition, cured meats, simple first courses and fresh cheeses; it also fits alongside light desserts or an informal pause. We recommend serving it slightly chilled to enhance the balance of sweetness and freshness. The magnum format is convenient for large tables and convivial dinners, offering a decorative presence and better preservation once opened compared to standard bottles. A choice for those seeking an approachable, ready-to-drink red.
