Le Coste di Monforte Barolo DOCG by Silvano Bolmida presents a color ranging from deep ruby to garnet highlights, a sign of concentration and structure. On the nose it is intense yet refined: rose and violet petals blend with compact red fruits and an earthy thread that evokes forest floor and light spicy notes. The impression is of great balance between aromatic elegance and depth, without excess; the profile invites a careful tasting rather than hasty consumption.

On the palate it confirms good acidity and firm tannins, mature but well integrated, which support a long, dynamic sip; its savory character keeps the palate lively up to a persistence that releases the primary aromas with spicy echoes. It pairs naturally with red meats, braised dishes and game, but also stands up to aged cheeses. A light aeration before serving will make it more open; recommended serving temperature is around 18 °C to appreciate its structure and finesse.
