On the nose it offers a concentrated bouquet of dark fruits, hints of berries and light spicy touches; the olfactory progression remains finely drawn, without excess. The aromatic matter is supported by a fresh component that accompanies the profile without weighing it down. Winery history

Pauillac established its reputation thanks to port trade along the Gironde and the famed 1855 Classification, which elevated numerous local châteaux. The appellation was officially recognized as an AOC in 1936 and has since built a strong international reputation for its age-worthy wines.
