Pairing Red meat, game, aged cheeses
Les Forts de Latour 2019 from the Pauillac area shows a deep ruby color with subtle garnet hues at the rim. On the nose it offers a concentrated, measured bouquet: scents of compact red fruits, notes of sweet spices and a hint of tobacco, finely integrated. The palate is compact, supported by rhythmic tannins and a structure that carries the progression well. The finish is savory and leaves a warm persistence, without excess, showing balance between fruit and an earthy element.

Serve at moderate temperature; decanting can help open the aromas. It pairs with grilled red meats, braised dishes and mushroom-based preparations, as well as medium-intensity aged cheeses; also suitable for occasions when a wine with character but not overly aggressive is desired. It encourages attentive exploration of its aromas and pairing with dishes of similar structure.
