From the green heart of Italy, specifically from the vibrant hills of Abruzzo, arises the Pecorino IGP "Linea 1897" by Nestore Bosco, a white wine that captures the essence of this fertile and yet little-discovered land. This winery, named after ancient tradition and passion, has carefully selected the best Pecorino grapes to create a wine that expresses authenticity and tradition.

The "Linea 1897" stands out for its straw yellow color with golden reflections, typical of the Pecorino grape variety. On the nose, it opens with an intriguing bouquet reminiscent of wildflowers, aromatic herbs, and hints of slightly ripe tropical fruits, adding a pleasant complexity. On the palate, the entry is fresh and inviting, followed by notable structure and a lasting taste that leaves a memorable impression.

The production of this wine follows modern winemaking practices that respect the territory and the integrity of the fruit. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures to preserve the primary aromas of the grapes, and a brief maturation on fine lees enriches the body and complexity of the wine.

The Pecorino IGP "Linea 1897" is ideal for accompanying seafood dishes, such as shellfish and grilled fish, or it can be served with fresh and delicate cheeses. It is also an excellent companion for summer conversations on the terrace or during a refined aperitif.

Perfect for those seeking a wine that tells a story of passion and dedication, the Pecorino IGP "Linea 1897" by Nestore Bosco is a choice that surprises and delights, bringing a touch of Abruzzo elegance to special moments.
