The Liquore di Nocciole from Distilleria Caselli, known by the name Nocas, is a refined artisanal expression of the Piedmontese territory, famous for the quality of its hazelnuts. Made with selected hazelnuts, this liqueur enhances the typical sweet and enveloping flavor of the fruit, expressing an intense creaminess and a perfect balance between sweetness and aroma. The careful and traditional distillation process, combined with controlled aging, guarantees a product with a deep and persistent aroma, in which toasted, vanilla, and slightly caramelized notes can be perceived.
