“Il Preciso” is a tribute to Professor Luigi Manzoni, a leading figure in the Italian oenological scene, who in the early 20th century devoted himself to pioneering genetic experiments on vines. Thus, from the cross between a Riesling flower and Pinot Bianco pollen, the famous Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 was born, whose name tells the very story of that experiment: the exact row, series and strain used by the Professor, testifying to his rigorous method and “precise” character.

The result is an elegant and authentic wine, bright straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. The nose gives a fine fruity bouquet, with notes of apple, pear, peach, citrus and lychee, accompanied by delicate floral hints of rose and wisteria.

The palate is intense and savory, with a pleasant warmth and an aftertaste that faithfully recalls the typical characteristics of the variety.

Perfect to pair with fish tartare and carpaccio, seafood risotto, baked white fish, vegetable tempura or fresh cheeses.

A wine that tells a story of innovation and passion, ideal for those seeking precision and refinement in the glass.
