Marsala DOC 75cl - Superiore Semi Secco 2013 - Florio represents an excellence of the Sicilian winemaking tradition, obtained in the historic production area of Marsala, in the province of Trapani. Produced mainly from Grillo, Inzolia and Catarratto grapes, this Marsala stands out for its balance between sweetness and freshness, given by the delicate residual sugar typical of the Semi Secco version.

The aging method provides for a minimum aging of two years, which gives the wine a well-defined aromatic complexity, with hints of honey, toasted almond, and a delicate vanilla note, the result of maturation in wooden barrels. On the palate it is soft but lively, with a perfect harmony between acidity and sweetness that makes it versatile in pairings.

Perfect to accompany dry sweets, aged cheeses or as a meditation wine, this Marsala from the Florio winery summarizes the unique character of the territory and the craftsmanship of a historic production.
